Victoria Williams is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and international athlete representing Wales and Great Britain in field archery since 2008. She is a network practitioner for Sport Wales providing sports massage for Welsh athletes. Over the past few years she has also worked with both professional and amateur rugby teams providing soft tissue therapy and pre and post match treatment.
In addition to her massage qualifiactions, Victoria is also a qualified Dietary Counsellor able to work with individuals who wish to alter their diet in order to achieve their goals whether they are sporting or weightloss.
Mal Williams is a retired member of the Army Physical Training Corps, former international Judo player and qualified Sports Massage Therapist. Mal has coached the British Judo team at the highest level and now works as a coach with the Welsh Target and Field Archery squads. Mal is also a member of the Welsh Field Archery team.
In 2017 Mal joined the British field archery team as a coach and soft tissue therapist. He also became certified as a Myoskeletal therapist with the Freedom From Pain Institute. At the moment, the only one in Wales.
Mal's philosophy is not just to address the pain, which may well return, but to find the cause of the problem. Following thorough tests and working with the client Mal will put together an appropriate rehab routine which will reduce the possibility of the pain returning.
We believe that our ongoing experience of intensive training and high-level competition gives us a special insight into the requirements of fellow sports men and women and a deeper understanding of the effects of rigorous training and competitive schedules. Through massage therapy our aim is to support individuals to reach their maximum potential and achieve their sporting goals.
